Our Booking & Refund Policies

Before you book with us, please read through our booking and refund policies. 

We do our best to accommodate unique appointment scenarios, but we request that our clients respect their technician's time by agreeing to our booking and refund policies.

BOOKING POLICY:

A 50% deposit is required to book any service appointment.

Your deposit will be automatically applied to your appointment unless the following occurs:

  1. Canceling less than 24 hours prior to appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.

  2. Rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. 

  3. Rescheduling your appointment more than once will result in a forfeited deposit. (You may reschedule your appointment once and your deposit will be rolled over to your rescheduled appointment)

  4. No-Showing will result in a forfeited deposit.

  5. Arriving 15 minutes or more late will result in a forfeited deposit, regardless of whether or not the service is moved forward with. It will be at our discretion whether or not there is enough time to fulfill the service.

REFUND POLICY:

  1. Refunds are not provided for any rendered services.

  2. Please read our After Care guidelines carefully.

  3. Although unlikely, occasional reactions may occur to lashes or lash glue. If a reaction does occur, a refund cannot be provided for rendered services. However, we will gladly remove lashes free of charge if a reaction were to occur. Please notify us and a medical professional immediately if a reaction has occurred.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no show and be charged 50% of the service scheduled.
